CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The cleaning service is provided from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
All rooms are cleaned daily.
Our maintenance staff checks your room daily. If you notice something wrong or out of order, you can use the James&Rita app or our support phone number to report the issue.
FlyRoomsMadrid is a sustainable space. As part of our commitment to protect the environment, our entire installation is made with low consumption LED technology for greater energy savings. To help conserve the resources we share, minimise the use of chemicals and help save water, our standard procedure is to change the bedsheets/towels every three days for longer stays. If you would like to have your sheets changed more frequently, just let us know via our James&Rita app or our 24-hour contact telephone number. If you would like new towels, you can leave the used ones on the bathroom floor for replacement.

ACCESSIBILITY
FlyRoomsMadrid is located on the first floor with no lift. Access is totally private and is under 24-hour surveillance, 365 days a year.
Unfortunately this is NOT accessible accommodation for people with reduced mobility.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We recommend using UBER or CABIFY. The current fare to the airport is approximately 6-10 euros.
Metro is also a good option – Multicard – 2,50euros + Airport fare – 3euros + Single ticket – 1,50euros.
Taxi – 20euros
APARTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our flats are equipped with a complete set of kitchenware and crockery, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker to make your stay more pleasant.
Please note that the apartments do NOT have a kitchen.
The apartments have a fridge and microwave. During your stay you must be careful when using the apartment and avoid causing any nuisance to the neighbours. Likewise, it is forbidden to hold events, parties or meetings in the apartments and entrance areas.
The maximum number of people allowed is defined in the description of the contracted rate, and the terms and conditions of your reservation.
In the event of any type of damage, deterioration or theft caused in the apartment or any other installation by the guest,
FlyRoomsMadrid reserves the right to claim the corresponding compensation from the guest.
To this effect, the Company, which has not requested a security deposit prior to arrival, may charge the amount of the damage caused to the same credit card account and may claim it in court if necessary.
